Q. What is the minimum accommodation fee for Anshin oyado?
A. Prices start from ¥5,980 1 night (tax included). The lowest rates for each location and room type are as follows: standard capsule room upper bunk at Shinjuku Ogikubo from¥5,980, standard capsule room upper bunk at Akihabara, Ginza Shiodome Shiodome store from ¥6,180, and standard capsule room upper bunk at Shinjuku and Nagoya Sakae store from ¥6,480. Capsule rooms with a ceiling height of 1.4m and semi-private capsule rooms start from ¥8,180 to ¥8,480. The price includes all in-house services such as the large public bath, sauna, breakfast curry, late-night ramen, and drink bar.
Q. Why do the prices vary from day to day?
A. Accommodation rates vary daily depending on booking availability and time of year (long weekends, New Year's holidays, Golden Week, Obon, etc.). The displayed price is an estimate of the lowest price; please check the actual price by specifying your date on the booking calendar on our official website. Booking through our official website guarantees the lowest price.
Q. What are the check-in and check-out times? What does "maximum 27-hour stay" mean?
A. Check-in is at 12:00 and check-out is at 15:00, allowing for a maximum stay of 27 hours. Capsules and lockers can be used until 12:00 on the day of check-out. After 12:00, you can retrieve your belongings from the locker and use the lounge and bath area until 15:00. Capsules are normally available from 15:00, but those who book through the official website can use them from 12:00.
Q. What happens if I want to use a capsule or locker after 12:00?
A. An extension fee will be charged every 15 minutes after 12:00. Extension fees vary by store, so please check the plan and pricing page of the store you are using.
Q. Can I use the baths and sauna only for a day trip without staying overnight?
A. Day-trip bathhouse plans are available at Shinjuku, Shimbashi Station, Akihabara, and Nagoya. The bathhouse plan (bath, sauna, and lounge) is ¥1,980 for 2 hours, ¥2,480 for 5 hours, and ¥2,980 for 10 hours. For an additional ¥1,000, you can rest or take a nap in a capsule, which costs ¥2,980 for 2 hours, ¥3,480 for 5 hours, and ¥3,980 for 10 hours. The last time for capsule use is 23:00. Use between 5:00 and 10:00 in the early morning cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability. All prices include tax.
Q. What is a night pack? Can I make a reservation?
A. The Night Pack is a plan exclusively for guests checking in after 23:00 and cannot be booked in advance. Please apply directly at the front desk after 23:00 on the day of your stay. Check-out is by 12:00 the following day. The price includes use of the bath, sauna, capsule hotel, and lounge. The price is ¥6,180 at the Shinjuku, Shinjuku Ogikubo, Shimbashi Station, Akihabara, and Ginza Shiodome, and ¥4,980 at the Nagoya(tax included).
Q. Do you have any plans for long-term stays?
A. We offer a limited-time "Cap-Summer Plan." This plan allows for long-term stays with 0 security deposit, key money, or utilities, and includes meals, hot springs, and Wi-Fi. Prices start from ¥30,000 for 15 days, or from ¥60,000 per month for 2 slots (30 days) (prices vary by location). Due to limited room availability, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on booking status.
Q. Can groups of 10 or more people or corporations use the facilities?
A. For groups of 10 to 50 people, the rate starts from ¥5,980 1 person. For groups of 51 or more, please inquire for a quote. We can accommodate corporate training, club activities, alumni gatherings, year-end parties, etc., and floor rentals and separate floors for men and women are also available. The full amount of the accommodation fee must be paid as a deposit 1 month prior to the scheduled date of stay. Rates vary depending on the booking situation and time of year. We can accommodate large groups of 1,287 rooms in total across the Tokyo and Nagoya areas, and our Tokyo locations can also arrange training and social gathering venues at our affiliated Pasela Resorts. Q. When do cancellation fees start to apply?
A. For reservations of 1 to 9 people, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows, and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for same-day cancellations. For group reservations of 10 or more people, please refer to Appendix 1 of the Accommodation Terms and Conditions.
Q. What payment methods are accepted?
A. In addition to cash and credit cards, we accept transportation IC cards (Suica, PASMO, etc.), code payments (PayPay, Rakuten Pay, d払い, etc.), and electronic money (iD, QUICPay, etc.). All prices are inclusive of tax.
Q. What services are included in the price?
A. The accommodation fee includes access to the artificial hot spring bath and sauna, all-you-can-eat curry breakfast, late-night ramen, 24-hour unlimited soft drinks, alcohol (up to 5 drinks between 17:00 and 27:00 ), all amenities, loungewear, unlimited manga reading, massage chairs, Wi-Fi, and other in-house services.
