*Normally, capsules are available from 15:00 on the day of your visit until 12:00 the next day, but for customers who make a reservation on the official website only, capsules can be used from 12:00 at the Shinjuku store.

- The Shinjuku is for men only . (The Kyoto is for both men and women.)

- Persons associated with organized crime groups or anti-social forces are prohibited from using the facility.
- The baths and saunas are unavailable every Wednesday from 12:00 to 16:00 due to equipment maintenance.
- If you wish to extend your stay, the fee is ¥165 (tax included) for every 15 minutes.
