Refresh your tired body in an artificial hot spring!

The artificial hot spring contains more than 40 types of natural minerals that enhance the bathing effect, promote sweating, blood circulation, and metabolism, and are effective in improving health.
We use bath additives (Healthstone: quasi-drug) made only from bakuhanseki stone. We are open from early in the morning, so you can enjoy a morning bath!

METOS saunas also allow for self-louvering.
It is effective in promoting recovery from fatigue and improving symptoms such as stiff shoulders, poor circulation, lower back pain, and rough skin.
Please enjoy the experience while taking plenty of breaks and staying hydrated.

We provide a wide variety of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, milky lotion, and more! We also provide amenities such as a 3-blade razor, toothbrushes, high-quality bath towels, high-quality face towels, and hairbrushes, so you can come empty-handed!

The cafe offers drinks (including alcohol), breakfast curry, and rice with seasonings for dinner. All of these services are free of charge at Anshin oyado Shinjuku.

Over 24 kinds of soft drinks are available 24 hours a day. Enjoy alcoholic drinks in the evening.

We have over 24 types of soft drinks, including juice, tea, coffee, etc., and over 20 types of alcoholic drinks, including wine, shochu, whiskey, etc. Please enjoy your alcoholic drinks in your favorite way, such as with water, hot water, soda, or on the rocks.

Free breakfast curry and late night snack

Breakfast is special curry,
In the evening, we offer a different rice dish each day.

White rice, ochazuke, and furikake are available from early in the morning from 6 am until midnight.
All kinds of soups, including miso soup, are available 24 hours a day! Cup noodles and other light snacks are available for purchase at the front desk!

Capsule room bed

Custom made Simmons mattresses and duvets are used. We guarantee you a good night's sleep with our fully equipped facilities.

The capsule is equipped with a TV, headphones, power outlets, chargers, and earplugs. Please relax in your private space.

Standard capsule room (upper and lower berths)

This is a standard upper and lower bunk type capsule room. It is the most compact size at Anshin oyado and is also the most reasonably priced, starting from 5,000 yen.

Capsule room with a ceiling height of 1.4m (upper bunk only)

This room has a ceiling height of 1.4m, which is higher than the 1m height of a regular capsule room. Only the upper capsules are available here, so you are less likely to be bothered by surrounding noise. You can enjoy a comfortable stay in a room with an increased sense of openness and no sense of oppression.

Changing rooms and lockers

The lockers are 85cm tall, 30cm wide and 50cm deep, so even large bags can be stored!
If you have large luggage such as suitcases that do not fit in the lockers, please use the shared cloakroom. Locks and wires are available for rental at the front desk.
