A. The Ginza Shiodome is a capsule hotel where all floors are for women only. Male guests should use the men-only Shimbashi Station, Shinjuku, Akihabara, or the Nagoya, which has separate floors for men and women.

A. You can use the dry sauna (women only) located next to the large public bath. The sauna room temperature is approximately 95 degrees Celsius, it has a capacity of 6 people, and it is equipped with a convection-type electric sauna stove and supports self-löyly (steam). It is a traditional sauna style that promotes thorough sweating with high temperature dry air.

A. This is a large public bath with artificial hot spring water made from bath salts derived from maifan stone. Containing over 40 types of minerals, it is expected to relieve stiff shoulders and promote recovery from fatigue by promoting sweating and blood circulation. It is open from early morning, so you can also enjoy a morning bath.

A. We have a powder room on the women-only floor. It is equipped with ReFa hair dryers and hair irons, and also provides complimentary amenities such as basic cosmetics, hair wax, and hair spray. You can use it for makeup and hair styling before departure.

We offer 2 types of capsule rooms: a standard "regular capsule room (upper and lower bunk, 1m wide x 2m deep x 1m high)" and a "semi-private capsule" with a workspace equipped with a desk and chair. All 180 rooms are equipped with high-quality domestic mattresses and down comforters, as well as a TV, headphones, and power outlets.

In addition to the large public bath and sauna, you can enjoy unlimited soft drinks 24 hours a day, alcohol (up to 5 drinks from 17:00 to 27:00 ), all-you-can-eat breakfast curry ( 6:00 to 10:00), late-night ramen (19:00 to 23:00), white rice (6:00 to 10:00/ 19:00 to 23:00), and popcorn (17:00 to 24:00), all free of charge. In the lounge (5:00 to 27:00), you can also enjoy a 50-inch monitor, unlimited manga reading, and the luxury massage chair "Anma-Oh" free of charge.

A. All amenities are free of charge, so you can come empty-handed. As this is a women-only establishment, we provide a wide range of products including shampoo, conditioner, facial wash, makeup remover, body towels, luxury bath towels and face towels, lotion, emulsion, body milk, luxury hair dryers, hairbrushes, hair wax, hair oil, hair milk, toothbrushes, loungewear, lounge bag, earplugs, contact lens solution, and laundry detergent and fabric softener.

A. For large luggage that does not fit in the lockers (85cm high x 30cm wide x 50cm deep), please inform the front desk. We will store it for you free of charge from the day of check-in until the day of check-out. If you wish to store your luggage before or after your stay, there will be a charge (1,000 yen 1 day).

A. The entire building is non-smoking, with a designated smoking area on the 9 floor. Please refrain from smoking in the capsule rooms, lounge, and bathrooms.

A. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building and in all capsules. The semi-private capsules, equipped with a desk and chair, are recommended for those who want to concentrate on work during their stay. The building also provides an iron, ironing board, trouser press, microwave, and refrigerator.

A. Washing machines cost 300 yen 1 load, dryers cost 100 yen for 20 minutes, and fully automatic washer-dryers start from 400 yen for 80 minutes. Detergent and fabric softener are provided free of charge, so please feel free to use them even if you are staying for multiple nights.
