A. The Shinjuku Ogikubo is a capsule hotel exclusively for women. Male guests should use the men-only Shinjuku, Akihabara, Shimbashi Station, or the Nagoya, which has separate floors for men and women.

A. We offer 2 types of saunas: a tent sauna and a mist sauna. The tent sauna has a room temperature of approximately 95 degrees Celsius, a capacity of 6 people, and features a convection-type electric sauna stove with self-löyly (steam). You can enjoy an extraordinary feeling of being outdoors while indoors. The mist sauna has a room temperature of approximately 50 degrees Celsius, a capacity of 3 people, and is a low-temperature, high-humidity sauna that is gentle on the skin and throat. Both are located next to the large public bath on the women's-only floor.

A. This is a large public bath with artificial hot spring water made from bath salts derived from maifan stone. Containing over 40 types of minerals, it is expected to relieve stiff shoulders and promote recovery from fatigue by promoting sweating and blood circulation. It is open from early morning, so you can also enjoy a morning bath.

A. We offer 162 standard capsule rooms (upper and lower bunks, 1m wide x 2m deep x 1m high). Each capsule features a high-quality, domestically produced mattress and down comforter, and is equipped with a TV, headphones, and power outlet. The design ensures everything you need is within easy reach for a comfortable night's sleep.

A. In addition to the large public bath and sauna, you can enjoy unlimited soft drinks 24 hours a day, alcohol (up to 5 drinks from 17:00 to 27:00 ), unlimited breakfast curry ( 2 types, from 6:00 to 10:00), late-night ramen (19:00 to 23:00), white rice (6:00 to 10:00/ 19:00 to 23:00), pancakes (6:00 to 10:00), and popcorn (17:00 to 24:00), all free of charge. In the lounge (5:00 to 27:00), you can also enjoy a 50-inch monitor, unlimited manga reading, and the luxury massage chair "Anma-Oh" free of charge.

A. All amenities are free of charge, so you can come empty-handed. As this is a women-only establishment, we provide a wide range of products including shampoo, conditioner, facial wash, makeup remover, body towels, luxury bath towels and face towels, lotion, emulsion, body milk, luxury hair dryers, hairbrushes, hair wax, hair oil, hair milk, toothbrushes, loungewear, lounge bag, earplugs, contact lens solution, and laundry detergent and fabric softener.

A. For large luggage that does not fit in the lockers (85cm high x 30cm wide x 50cm deep), you can use the shared cloakroom space. We will lend you a key and wire at the front desk, and you can leave your luggage free of charge from the day of check-in until the day of check-out. If you wish to leave your luggage before or after your stay, there will be a charge (1,000 yen 1 day).

A. The entire building is non-smoking, with a designated smoking area on the 4 floor. Please refrain from smoking in the capsule rooms, lounge, and bathrooms.

A. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building and in all capsules. Each capsule is equipped with a power outlet, and an iron, ironing board, and microwave are available in the building (a trouser press is not provided).

A. Washing machines cost 300 yen 1 load, and dryers cost 100 yen for 20 minutes. Detergent and fabric softener are provided free of charge, so please feel free to use them even if you are staying for multiple nights.
